Hi! How was your Thanksgiving? The weekend flew by for me, more so than any other holiday for some reason. We hosted Chris’s family for the weekend and my parents joined for dinner. While the turkey still made an appearance, it was an appetizer that was the biggest hit.
Our friends Scott and Nicole first introduced us to this recipe last year during a camping trip. The combination of mayo, olives, tomatoes, and cheese is so perfect, you’ll want to make it every time you entertain. We had a huge amount of tomatoes from our garden ( even though we didn’t plant anything this year?!?) and this was a great way to use them up.
