Disclaimer: I’m not very good at setting goals and following through on them .. .mostly because I forget about them haha
So I’m starting small. Here are my goals for June:
For the home
Organize the spare bedrooms. One bedroom is full of wedding things and the other has a closet full of clothes and shoes that aren’t being worn. I need to move the wedding stuff to a more logical place and donate any items that aren’t getting used.
For the mind + body
I found this 20 minute yoga before bedtime that I plan to start doing three times a week.
I also just found the Sworkit app. The app provides work outs based on the amount of the you have available. I’m going to give it a try.
Be present and do one thing at a time. Last night , Chris and I were watching tv… at least we thought we were. In reality , we were both fiddling on our phones and by the time the episode ended ,we had no idea what had happened. Honestly , I’m quite terrible for doing more than one thing it at a time. I can be all over the place sometimes and end up too many things at once. I’m going to focus on being in the moment and getting one thing done at a time.
