I will be packing my suitcase and hitting the
road plane for the next couple of weeks , travelling for work… Apart from I don’t have a suitcase other than the massive ones I have from travelling overseas. And since Chris is also working out-of-town, I literally have no options unless I want to be ” that girl” who has a suitcase large enough to pack a small child in it. Pass.
So I’m going to need something new.

Speaking of travelling , my back and forth trips to Calgary ended with trip for my father in law (to be) 50th birthday party. My sister-in-law made him this cake. I assisted by sampling all of the candy first.
I’ve been investing some time into my own personal growth by reading and doing some (sometime difficult ) self reflecting. More to come on that in a later post.
I’m still working through my workouts. There is such a great community of supporters for the BBG program, specifically on Instagram That said , I’ve had some moments where I’ve compared my progress to others and felt like I was failing. Just a few days ago, I was telling a friend how many weeks I was in the program and when she asked for a photo of my results so far, I felt like I had to cough up a picture of a 6 pack to be considered a ‘success’ . It has taken me a bit settle into the idea that what I have accomplished so far is good enough. ( not to say that I’m not going to keep pushing)

The other night I watched the documentary “Dear Zachary” on Netflix. The whole thing stuck with me so much that I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about it. Watch it .. but don’t watch the spoilers.. or even the trailer if you can help it.
It’s worth your time to watch.
I saw the iPhone 6 commercial the other day and I’m on the fence if I think it will be worth it to upgrade.
